Welcome to March! And thank you to all those who have been following my blog since it began.
Two months down and it’s beginning to become really challenging. Coming up with a new topic to blog on each day, just from the pics I have taken, is no easy task. Which is why my writing is often about my kids. After all, I spend so much of my time with them, and I have plenty to say about them.
A good friend recently suggested that I go further with my writing, develop it into something more. Personally, I don’t think I’m at that point yet, where I can go that next step. So I’m going to continue writing and reading, and hopefully it will just continue to get better. Who knows, next year I might actually have the confidence to go further. Until then, I will just blog.
I’ve written before about the special bond that James and Charlyse have. They are only 12 months and 10 days apart. Irish Twins, we used to call them. It’s funny, because my (ex)sister and I are also 12 months and 10 days apart. People assume that, because we are so close in age, we must have a close bond. How wrong they are. I have not spoken to my “sister” in 18 months, and that is not going to change any time soon. And, to be honest, we have never gotten along, even when we were young. So I am confident that the bond James and Charlyse share will stay strong. Yes, they fight, but it’s never anything serious. Mostly, they whine about the other. But the incredible love they have for each other is undeniable. They have their mates at school, but they are each other’s best friend. I hope it stays that way. And looking at them, I’m almost certain it will.
