I’ve been unable to post the last couple of weeks. Apart from the crazy season arriving early and being busier than usual, I’ve been taking part in a fantastic workshop with Clickin Moms called Elements of Design. I’ve barely shot anything that wasn’t workshop related these past 4 weeks. And because of that, I have been feeling a little bit of photographer’s fatigue since completing it last Friday. I know that will pass but, to be honest, it’s been lovely to have a break for a few days.
Anyway, I see it’s nearing 10pm on Tuesday night, and that’s when this post is due to go live. Nothing like leaving the entire post until the 11th hour. Can I blame Madam Secretary and The Newsroom for that? Because I kind of got a bit carried away catching up on this week’s episodes. My husband actually decided to watch the latter with me, and that in itself is unusual as he normally spends the whole night watching sport. For him to leave his beloved television to watch something with me rarely happens. And I had to leave him to watch it alone so I could get this up. LOL! Oh well, I’m sure there will be other times.
So without further ado, here are this week’s (and last week’s) images. Not in any particular order, and not even dated this time. But trust me, they were all taken (or edited) over the past two weeks.
And before you ask, yes we have put up our christmas tree. We don’t usually put it up until December 1, but the kids were begging and begging so we relented. It’s not a real tree, since we live in a hot humid place and December falls in summer so a real tree won’t last very long. But it’s a tree that we bought back in 2002 in Tokyo for JPY5000, from a bulk-grocery store called Costco. I don’t know about you, but Costco should have the tagline – “Go broke saving money!” I mean, where else can you go to buy toilet paper and walk out with a set of golf clubs and a Rolex? 😉
So that’s me, for another week. Don’t forget – follow this link to see what Jenny Wilkerson, from Through My Lens By Jenny, has been up to.
And have an awesome week!!!
